Returns Policy
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Nessusplay as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
With Nessusplay you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, alternative items, an exchange.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.
